Full Terms & Conditions for the Elite Plan Interview Guarantee

The Guarantee in Short

Subscribe to the Elite Plan (USD pricing: monthly or 6-month billing) between 3 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 (UTC), use 50 tailoring credits with our Tailoring feature to tailor your resume to 50 different job applications, and apply to those jobs. If you don't receive any interview callbacks, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee is available to new users only. Refund under this guarantee is valid only for your first month of subscription (your initial billing period); it does not apply to renewal months.

Who Is Eligible?

New users only. You must not have had a previous paid Jobsuit subscription (Pro or Elite). This guarantee is exclusively for first-time Elite subscribers.

Elite Plan (USD) only. The Money Back Guarantee applies to the Elite Plan with USD pricing, whether you choose monthly or 6-month billing. It does not apply to the Free plan, Pro plan, or regional (INR/IDR) pricing.

Must subscribe during the promotional period. You must sign up for the Elite Plan (USD) between 3 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 (UTC).

First month of subscription only. The Money Back Guarantee refund applies only to your first month of subscription (your initial Elite billing period). It does not apply to subsequent renewal billing periods.

What You Need to Do to Qualify

    Sign up for the Elite Plan (USD pricing, monthly or 6-month billing) between 3 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 (UTC).

    Use 50 Tailoring Credits

    Use Jobsuit's Tailoring feature to tailor your resume. Each tailoring to a unique job description consumes 1 tailoring credit. You must use at least 50 tailoring credits on 50 different job applications (i.e., 50 unique job descriptions — not the same job description repeated), all within your first month of subscription (initial billing period).

    Apply to Those 50 Jobs

    After tailoring your resume for each job, you must actually submit your application to those 50 positions within your first month of subscription. The guarantee requires genuine job applications — tailoring alone is not enough.

    Wait for Interview Responses

    If after applying to all 50 jobs within your first month of subscription you receive zero interview invitations (phone screen, video call, in-person, or any form of interview request), you are eligible for a full refund under this guarantee.

How to Claim Your Refund

Include the email address associated with your Jobsuit account.

We will verify that you have used 50 tailoring credits on 50 unique job descriptions during your first month of subscription through your account usage history — this is automatically tracked in our system.

Once verified, your full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. No questions asked.

What Does NOT Qualify

Fewer than 50 tailoring credits used. If you used fewer than 50 tailoring credits, the guarantee does not apply.

Same job description tailored multiple times. Tailoring your resume to the same job description more than once counts as 1 tailoring, not multiple. You need 50 unique job descriptions.

Tailoring without applying. If you tailor your resume but do not actually apply to the jobs, the guarantee does not apply.

Existing or returning subscribers. If you previously had a paid Jobsuit subscription, you are not eligible for this guarantee.

Pro Plan or non-Elite subscribers. This guarantee applies only to the Elite Plan (USD pricing). The Free plan, Pro plan, and regional Elite pricing (INR/IDR) do not qualify.

Signed up outside the promotional period. You must subscribe to the Elite Plan (USD) between 3 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 (UTC).

Renewal months or activity after the first month. This guarantee refund applies only to your first month of subscription. Tailoring credits used or applications completed in a renewal month (or after your initial billing period) do not qualify.

Timing & Deadlines

Promotion window: The Money Back Guarantee promotion is valid only for Elite Plan (USD) purchases made between 3 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 (UTC), including monthly or 6-month billing.

Claiming period: You may submit your refund claim after completing the 50 tailoring + application requirement within your first month of subscription. Qualifying activity must fall in that first billing period; the guarantee does not cover later months.

Refund processing: Once your claim is verified, the refund is processed within 5-10 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an "interview"?

Any form of interview invitation from an employer — phone screen, video interview, in-person meeting, or even a request to schedule an interview. If you receive any of these for any of the 50 jobs, the guarantee no longer applies.

Do I need to apply to all 50 jobs at once?

No. You can apply over time at your own pace during your first month of subscription. However, you must have completed all 50 tailorings and corresponding applications within that first month before submitting your refund claim.

Can I tailor the same resume to the same job posting twice?

Tailoring the same job description multiple times only counts once toward the 50 required. Each of the 50 must be a unique, different job description.

What if I get an interview for 1 out of 50 jobs?

The guarantee is for zero interviews. If you receive even one interview invitation from any of the 50 applications, you do not qualify for the refund.

How do you verify that I applied to the jobs?

We operate on a trust-based system. We verify on our end that you used 50 tailoring credits on 50 unique job descriptions during your first month of subscription. We trust that you applied to those jobs in good faith.

What if I cancel my subscription before using 50 credits?

If you cancel before meeting the 50 tailoring requirement within your first month of subscription, the guarantee does not apply. You would fall under the standard refund policy instead.

Can I use this guarantee more than once?

No. This is a one-time guarantee available only to new users on their first Elite subscription.

Does the guarantee apply after my first month renews?

No. The Money Back Guarantee refund is valid only for your first month of subscription (your initial billing period). It does not apply to renewal months.

Does the 6-month Elite Plan also qualify?

Yes. The Money Back Guarantee applies to all Elite Plan options with USD pricing, including monthly and 6-month billing. Regional pricing (INR or IDR) does not qualify.
